The stable operation of the reactive power compensation device is great significance to the stable operation of the distribution network system.With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,the power sector continue the expansion construction of low-voltage distribution network,the demand of reactive power compensation for power distribution network is increasing,the configuration of reactive power compensation device is also increasing.However,the existing reactive power compensation device is the lack of effective means to realize remote monitoring,remote maintenance,asset management,compensation effect tracking,which leading compensation effect of reactive power compensation device and the rate of return on investment is just passable.The reactive power compensation system has many problems to be solved.In this paper,the application technology of on-line monitoring system of reactive power compensation device is studied and designed:1,distribution network reactive power compensation device status online monitoring system communication protocol.The status on-line monitoring system of reactive power compensation device consist of three subsystems: master station,communication management unit,intelligent capacitor,the communication of master station and communication management unit is using the uplink communication protocol,the communication of communication management unit and intelligent capacitor is using downlink communication protocol.In order to realize the real-time condition monitoring of reactive compensation device by master station,we collect the demand function of reactive power compensation device online monitoring system to establish the communication protocolwhich are extended base on the "Q/GDW376.1 master station and acquisition terminal communication protocol".This communication protocol will guide the designers to develop communication process and the code,to achieve interoperability between the subsystem unit and provide test basis for testing personnel.2,intelligent capacitor of reactive power compensation device which is suitable for status on-line monitoring system.Base on the power capacitor,synchronous switch and multi function intelligent controller,to realize the intelligent capacitor by the software and hardware technology of 32 bit microcontroller,technology of micro sensor and micro network technology of Can bus communication.We needs to research several key techniques: 1)Can bus communication based on the downlink communication protocol;2)The zero crossing switching base on synchronous switching technology;3)Sampling algorithm base on the quasi synchronous;4)The optimal control strategy base onthe integrated control functions of reactive power and voltage.3,Designing the master system and communication management unit base on the uplink communication protocol and GPRS channel,thenIntegrating the master station,the communication management unit and the intelligent capacitor to combinethestatus online monitoring system of reactive power compensation device.To verified the feasibility,rationality and applicability of the state on line monitoring system of reactive power compensation device by engineering pilot experiment.Research and design the application technology of the statuson-line monitoring system of reactive power compensation device,thenverify by engineering pilot experiment,which verify the rationality and validityof solving the state monitoring,operation and maintenance,asset management,safe operation and effective investment of reactive power compensation device by the statuson-line monitoring system of reactive power compensation device.This system has a wider applicability and higher application value.
