| With the development of economy, the power transmission network is scaling up, which puts forward higher requirements for the specialization and lean management of power transmission lines. Due to the rapid growth of overhead transmission lines, operation and maintenance workload continues to grow, the number of existing line operation and maintenance personnel has been far from the work needs.Basing on the actual situation of transmission line in the District, the paper expounds the combination of on-line monitoring system and State Patrol management, the key technology of on-line monitoring system, system theoretical research, research and development of new systems, system layout principle, and the installation and operation of on-line monitoring system in the local area.Combined with the author's experience in the operation and maintenance of transmission line for many years, the on-line monitoring system is based on the local layout principle for the special area, the priority of the fault line and the priority of the standard line. Through the introduction of new technology and new management idea of on-line monitoring and diagnosis system of transmission line, the management level of transmission line in the region is effectively improved, and the contradiction between the personnel and equipment is relieved to a certain extent. In addition, various types of on-line monitoring system properly operated in local electric-power grid not only are beneficial to the high voltage transmission line management but also have a positive impact on the personal safety and decreasing of labor intensity.At the same time, the development of on-line monitoring technology in the future will also make a greater contribution to the safe and stable operation of electric-power grid. |
