| The electric power user data acquisition system is a system which aims at acquiring,processing and real-time monitoring the users’ power-consuming data.By acquiring and analyzing the information provided by the distribution transfer and the terminal user’s ammeter,it can realize power-using monitoring,ascending power supplying pricing,load management,and line loss analysis,obtaining the goal of automatic meter reading,peak load shifting,power-using inspection,load prediction and cost saving.System master stations,transmission channels,data acquisition equipment and smart meters are needed so as to build an all-sided electric power user data acquisition system.The construction of electric energy data acquisition system is a major part construction of strong smart grid.State Grid Corporation of China made a plan that the construction of an electric power user data acquisition system covering the entire country would be finished within five years.The construction has been carried out according to the general acquirement of strong smart grid,and once finished,it will ensure the construction of the smart electric grid push forward orderly,and achieve the goal of building electric power user data acquisition system of a complete coverage,full acquisition,and total repayment.The thesis mainly studies the possibility of the program of the electric energy data acquisition system in Yuhang Power Supply Bureau,the practice of construction solutions,application and operating maintenance of acquisition system.Based on comparing several solutions in technicality,economy,construction convenience between old urban areas and rural areas,and combining wireless communication,automation,electron and software and other such kinds of techniques together,a new mode of ‘GPRS wireless terminal+ smart block terminal+ wireless repeater’is put forward,thus breaking a new path for the successful construction of electric energy data acquisition system in areas of decentralized energy meters such as old urban areas,rural areas and so on. |
