| Currently,many countries are carrying smart grid revolution.Smart substation is an important part of the smart grid.New substations always prefer smart.With the rapid development of smart substation technology,unattended management is the direction of substation operation technology development.And unattended substation requires a high level operation and monitoring technology.Therefore,the operation and monitoring program of smart station is a issue in need of discuss deeply.Smart substation has a strong capability of information sharing.Many advanced instruments can greatly improve the traditional operation and monitoring technology of substation.However,some advanced means of operation and monitoring has no deep application designed to exert its desired effects in many smart substations.In this dissertation,operation and monitoring function requirements of 500 k V smart substation will be analysised.Thorough discussion will be carried on the means of operation and monitoring,such as integrated monitoring system,remote operation of soft-plate in protection and automatic device,remote state verification,one-touch program operation,intelligent alarm analysis system,on-line monitoring system data visualize,Auxiliary Monitoring System,data analysis of intelligent robot inspection system and so on.Taking the first 500 k V smart substation in Henan Province as an example,the main research on specific embodiments of operation and monitoring means above will be discussed,and the field application will be analyzed.It finally forms a report,researching on the operation and monitoring program of 500 k V smart substation.In this dissertation the main issues above will be discussed,hoping to provide a reference for the operation and monitoring technology development of smart substation.Making full use of the advanced operation and monitoring means mentioned above will guarantee the security and stable operation of the smart grid in some degree. |
