Mental Health Center Of Inner Mongolia Rehabilitation Garden Design Optimization

With the health-care system becoming more and more complete,the homogeneous and axenic design unconsciously makes patients and health professionals fell pressure.Revival Garden is applied to release those pressures.By building Revival Garden,the designers can mimic the natural environment to relax the patients,so that positively affect therapy.After analyzing typical case of Revival Garden based on relative researches,I conducted on-the-spot investigation on Inner Mongolian No.3 Hospital.I applied POE and AHP methods on scenery factors for ensuring the efficiency,objectivity and professionality of evaluation.Furthermore,the conclusion was used to optimize the shortage of scenery.The theme of new design reflects relationship between the eight trigrams and health life.To be specific,there are Qian trigram walking area,Kun trigram square,Zhen trigram fitting area,Xun trigram entrance scenery,Kan trigram water view,Li trigram viewing point,Gen trigram quiet area and Dui trigram communication area.These eight area respectively refer the colors and meanings of eight trigrams and mix the plants,ornaments and decks.Therefore,the Revival Garden not only meets the need of patients,but also shows the traditional eight trigram view.
