In twenty-first Century,with the issues of energy,environment and climate change become increasingly prominent,energy security and environmental protection is the focus of global concern.Seeking clean and sustainable alternative energy has become a historic challenge to the energy industry.With the development of China's electric power industry,Chinese energy structure also gradually improve and optimize,the proportion of coal in the total energy consumption decreased gradually.Hydropower,wind power,solar energy,nuclear energy,biomass and other new energy and renewable energy have developed rapidly.The proportion of new energy is rising and the development has made great achievements.China has abundant new energy resources.At the policies of national and local governments for actively promoting the development of new energy industry,in order to effectively solve the problem of the shortage of power supply,Zhejiang Ningbo area began to use the geographical advantages,vigorously developing wind and solar energy to alleviate the supply pressure.In recent years,Xiangshan county has built many wind power plants and solar photovoltaic projects;in the future Xiangshan country will develop more wind power,photovoltaic and other new energy power generation project.In this paper,we do a research study about the new energy power generation resources in Xiangshan.In the respect of wind power,we estimate the capacity of wind power projects and the construction sequence.In the respect of solar power,we collect the roof area in Xiangshan area which can be used to generate solar power(including the roof,industrial enterprises large public facilities,urban and rural residents roof)and estimate the distributed photovoltaic power generation capacity.This paper discusses the schemes and main technical principles of combine with new energy power(expecially solar and win power).Thinking about the current situation of Xiangshan power grid and its future planning,we analyse the absorptive capacity for new energy power at grids of all levels,to explore the influence of a large number of new energy power for the normal operation of the existing power grid.Combined with specific examples in Xiangshan,the practical application of new energy access to power network is studied...
