| With the slogan of the National Energy Grid Corporation’s global energy Internet slogan,the focus of China’s power grid construction is concentrated on the ultra-high-voltage power grid.The planning of the urban distribution network is far from enough.With the continuous development of China’s urban and rural economy,both rural and urban electricity consumption and electricity load have increased sharply.The construction of urban distribution network is relatively lagging behind,which greatly hinders the process of urbanization.In order to improve the power supply quality and power supply service of the distribution network,it is necessary to re-plan the urban distribution network to meet the people’s growing demand for electricity.The distribution network planning of Shenzhou City is design and studied in this paper,Firstly,the thesis analyzes the economic development of Shenzhou City from three aspects:regional overall situation,economic and social situation and economic and social development planning.Then,the current status of the operation and construction of the distribution network is expounded accordingly,including the power supply area and power supply construction.Current status of power grids of 220kV and below and various voltage levels.Then it analyzes and studies the power demand forecast of Shenzhou City.Through the industry electricity forecasting method,sub-regional forecasting method and mathematical forecasting method,the whole society electricity consumption forecasting is carried out,and the industry electricity forecasting method is selected as the final scheme,and finally the elastic coefficient method is used for verification.In terms of maximum load forecasting,the maximum load utilization hour method,the partition prediction method and the mathematical prediction method are used to respectively predict,and finally the partition prediction method is selected as the recommended scheme.Finally,the 110kV and 35kV power grids were planned and designed,including power balance and network load analysis,substation planning and grid planning.Then the corresponding research on the planning of smart distribution network has been made,mainly considering the new energy access,including the analysis of distributed photovoltaic power supply and electric vehicle access distribution network.Finally,the effect of the planning scheme was analyzed. |
