Turpan region rich in wind power,photovoltaic resources have great potential for development.in 2016 the Turpan power grid access to new energy reached 3200 mw.The scale of new energy and distributed power access and distribution network in Turpan power grid,greatly exceeded the consumption and power grid in Turpan by the local load bearing capacity,low level,system size and lack of cross transmission channel is limited,resulting in a large number of abandoned wind,abandoned light.In addition to the new energy output random,intermittent and predictive control of inherent characteristics of difficult,large-scale development of new energy delivery to the collection of consumptive,grid transmission capacity,transmission capability and capacity power regulation are put forward higher requirements,power grid development ideas and development pattern must be adjusted accordingly.In recent years,especially after the reform of electric power system,the development of distributed power supply has become the focus of the society.Considering the large-scale new energy power generation has little influence on the distribution network,this paper mainly focuses on the small hydropower installed capacity of 50 thousand kilowatts and below the sta tion and low voltage distribution network access wind,solar energy,ocean energy,geothermal energy and other new energy power generation,residual heat and residual gas pressure power distributed power influence of the nearby the access network of the di stribution network,combined with the energy development and the actual distribution network in Turpan area,analysis of the impact of new energy and distributed generation access to the distribution network and power grid equipment from many aspects,for access to new energy dissipation,planning and construction of nano and subsequent put forward reasonable suggestions and measures to enhance the ability to accept new energy distribution network in Turpan power generation.
