In the context of the global energy and coal declining,in order to meet our national electricity at the same time for the development of the economy to provide reliable protection,power plant generating units towards high parameters,large capacity direction has been imperative,and supercritical The unit plays an important role in modern thermal power units.Due to the strong coupling between the subsystems of the supercritical unit,the heat storage capacity of the unit is weak and the water supply from the liquid to the steam state is short,so the control of the water supply system is put forward higher standards.Compared with the traditional drum boiler,the supercritical turbines used in the supercritical unit have the characteristics of multivariable,strong coupling and non-linearity.The conventional control scheme has not reached the running requirement.In order to make the supercritical unit long and stable and stable The use of advanced water supply control program is inevitable.In this paper,the water supply control system of supercritical unit is analyzed and researched and applied in combination with the design and operation of water supply control system of Jiutai 2X600 WM supercritical unit.In this paper,the water supply control strategy of the supercritical unit is analyzed,and the water supply control in the direction of coal and water is proposed.At the same time,the water supply is corrected by the correction of the intermediate point temperature and the intermediate point enthalpy.DC boiler water supply task to ensure control of the main steam temperature at the same time to participate in the unit load regulation,to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit.The main work of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of water supply control in the start-up and wet-stage operation of the boiler,and to propose the operation mode.Secondly,the water supply control logic under the DC condition is studied and the lifting load is carried out according to the actual situation of the unit Finally,the auxiliary equipment of the unit is tested under the condition of sudden drop load(RB),and the adjustment process is studied.
