With the development of the national economy and increases electricity consumption of residents living, China’s power industry has been booming. Supercritical once-through boiler due to economical, reliable and environment- friendly, start fast and many other advantages, the country now has built a large number of high-parameter, large capacity units.Supercritical unit control technology is an important part in supercritical power generation technology, feed water control system is one of the very complex and multi-variable object, the quality of the feed water control is directly related to the safety and economy of the unit. Although the predecessors have done a lot of research for feed water control, the system is more perfect, but the emergence of advanced automatic control concept makes the control effect is still room for improvement.This paper introduces the production process of 600 MW supercritical unit, the feed water control system of dc furnace are focusing on the analysis of the research. After the early stage of the research and simulator experiments to collect data, using the particle swarm optimization algorithm for intelligent identification of the object, and build a water model. On the basis of the control of intermediate point temperature, the method of fuzzy control is introduced into the correction of feed water control circuit, using the MATLAB software platform, draw a conclusion after compared with the original effect of PID cascade control effect. |
