In recent years, the way of W flame combustion and low mass velocity vertical tube coil technology combined with supercritical boiler technology, and gradually began to be applied in the ultra-supercritical thermal power units in the W-shaped flame boiler600MW grade. Supercritical W flame boiler technology in the international leader in the new boiler technology, mainly for burning anthracite design, the technology extends the coal quality range of supercritical units. Therefore, it is China’s thermal power technology advances of great significance. Supercritical W type boiler has a complex control process, in which water control is indispensable automation control links, There are differences between its combustion with the water wall hydrodynamic control and conventional supercritical unit, so, therefore, in order to ensure the safe operation of the boiler water wall and hydrodynamic characteristics, We must conduct in-depth study on feedwater control of supercritical parameters W-shaped flame boiler. This paper introduces the supercritical W type boiler water supply system of flame, mainly including water supply system configuration design, water flow control circuit, start water system and some auxiliary loop control. The unit is the Yunnan province first supercritical W type boiler fire, and it is also the supercritical parameters of the first flame W type boiler, so hopefully through this study can is later supercritical W type boiler promotion provide flame reference and the model.
