In the modern manufacturing model,advanced manufacturing system puts forward the demands for the production logistics become increasingly high.Automated Storage/ Retrieval System(AS/RS)plays as an important role in production logistics.Reasonable scheduling method and location assignment method can effectively shorten the distance and reduce the execution time of the task sequence.Based on this,automated warehouse can improve its operating efficiency and space utilization.This paper mainly based on the automated warehouse which can be applied in CIMS manufacturing model to establish a more generic warehouse scheduling and location assignment model.Based on the characteristics of the model which is established and actual production condition,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization algorithm to achieve the goal of efficient operation of the automated warehouse.CIMS manufacturing model as a whole basis for this paper,the characteristics and requests of the production logistics under the advanced manufacturing mode is studied firstly.In this section,the goods I/O mode is taken as the evaluation criteria to classify the layout structure of automated warehouse in the beginning.According the characteristics and needs of production logistics of CIMS manufacturing mode and the researching on the layout structure of automated warehouse of single-ended,double ended and multi-ended I/O model,this paper establish an automated warehouse layout structure model which is suitable for CIMS manufacturing mode.Based on the study of the structural characteristics of automated warehouse under decentralized layout mode,the related device in automated warehouse is classified by object-oriented technology.For the more,the Petri Net modeling method is used to establish the Petri Net model of overall scheduling system in automated warehouse.In order to solve the problems like production logistics collision and lock,Petri Net modeling analytical method is used to analysis the cargo flow in automated warehouse.Based on the research of structural features of automated warehouse and task characteristics under the CIMS manufacturing mode,this paper propose a cargo-location representation which is suitable for CIMS manufacturing mode.Principle of efficiency priority,similar products adjacency,quality priority and shelf stability is taken as the evaluation criteria to establish the location assignment model which is suitable for multi-I/O station.This model can solve the problem that existing model can not meet the parameters of the improved properties of the goods issue.With random weight method,this section use genetic algorithm to optimize the location assignmentBased on the analysis of logistics structure of production processes under CIMS manufacturing mode,this paper researches the crane scheduling which is suitable for multi-I/O station condition.Based on the proposal of SC/DC operation mode of crane,required operating time was taken as the evaluation criteria to present a new scheduling model.On this basis,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the scheduling path of crane,and crane scheduling model of multi-I/O station was analyzed with simulation cases.The requests of automated warehouse simulation system are analyzed based on overall scheduling model,location assignment model and crane scheduling model.Based on the Visual Studio 2012 development environment,scheduling simulation system of automated warehouse is developed.Simulation system is taken as a conductor to finish the selection of automated warehouse structure parameter design and scheduling method.
