| With speed up development of electrical power industry,the demand for electric energy meters has gradually increased,and the traditional storage turnover management model of electric energy meters has to be reformed accordingly.The automatic warehouse system combined with modern automation technology is thus born.The system combines management program and control program together.The user can directly manage the warehouse in the visual interface,realize the centralized management of metering devices,and improve the working efficiency and work quality of the metering device warehouse.Through a thorough analysis of the business processes,functional requirements,and non-functional requirements of the automated warehouse control management system for electric energy meters,Using C# language and MariaDb database,based on ASP.NET MVC framework extension,a set of well-developed power meter control management system was designed and developed.this article mainly includes the following:(1)The article Researched and illustrated some problems existing in traditional warehouses and the status quo of automated warehouses for energy meters,and discussed the main contents,development models,and the main work of the papers.(2)The article Analyze the requirements of the system from the analysis of the three major processes of delivery,warehousing and withdrawal to the six major functional modules of the system,and use the UML modeling language to layer the system layer by layer based on the ASP.NET MVC layered model.Finally,the implementation of the system’s work order management,storage,asset management,system configuration,inventory management,and user management modules will be described.(3)Research and implementation of key technologies related to system development.Specifically,the interaction between batch data is implemented through the interface mode of Web services and intermediate libraries.Through the research of this paper,a set of power meter control and management system with complete functions and high efficiency is established to collect,process,save,transmit and share the energy meter data of the inventory,and to realize automatic processing of the energy meter warehouse information.Improving the problem of energy meter inventory information processing in measurement management work,accelerating the installation progress of the energy meter,improving the efficiency of operations such as warehouse warehousing and inventory counting,greatly reducing labor costs,and modernizing the electric energy metering management for the power sector.At present,the research results have been applied to the construction of measurement centers in some regions. |
