With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and the improvement of national economic level,the demand for materials is greater in society,enterprises have higher demand for the storage space of goods,the liquidity of goods in the market is also relatively large,the rise of automated warehouse has relieved the pressure of storage.The warehouse is already the automation equipment of modern enterprises,there are shelves,stacking machine,track,out of storage units,conveyor belts and other components,its notable feature is to save most of the space,large storage,high degree of automation,combined with computer technology to realize the automation of the system management,but the single Fork Stacker Machine access efficiency is not high.With the emergence of two-station stacker,the Community attaches great importance to it,therefore,the application and research of the double position stacker in the automatic warehouse is worthy of further exploration.Slotting optimization and multitasking access path optimization are important to improve the efficiency of warehouse operation,and they are also the key link in the research of dual-station multitask access strategy in stereoscopic warehouse.Double-position stacking equipment can obviously improve the quantity of the goods accessed in one cycle,then combine the optimization of warehouse location and multi-task access path,so as to further improve the overall efficiency of the warehouse and reduce the cost of the enterprise.This paper focuses on the research of the double station and multitasking access strategy in automated warehouse,and the main contents are as follows:(1)In the optimization of the shelf.The article regards warehouse shelves as a whole,taking into account the different attributes of the goods stored in the warehouse.From the point of view of shelf stability,the frequency of goods coming into storage and the storage time of goods,the paper sets up a multi-objective double station optimization mathematical model,and uses the weighted coefficient method to transform the multiple targets,and makes a study on the different weights of the multiple targets into the single target problem.The intelligent algorithm genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem of the location optimization,the simulation of the optimization results is carried out by using MATLAB software,and the three targets can be improved to improve the efficiency of the warehouse,and the reasonable feasibility of the method is verified.(2)In the aspect of multitasking access path optimization.In this paper,a dual-station multitask access path is studied,by using the shared shelf compound operation mode of "Save → take/save →take",and combining with random access and reasonable pairing scheme selection time(two-station stacker completes task access time),the optimization model is established and the genetic algorithm is used to deal with the problem of multitask access path optimization.Through MATLAB software simulation and the graph optimization contrast,proves the problem research necessity,realizes enhances the warehouse operation efficiency the goal.(3)Based on the research results of location optimization and multi-task access path optimization,a dual-position storage management prototype system is developed with C # and MATLAB as tools to verify the location optimization and multi-task access path optimization problem,and to determine the necessity and practical value of the system.
