Fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block with light,fire protection,heat insulation,sound insulation and other functions,is one of the most widely used new wall materials,and gradually become green building,building energy and other areas of the most Welcome energy saving material.However,the cracking problem of autoclaved aerated concrete walls has affected its wide application.The cracking of autoclaved aerated concrete walls affected by temperature is not negligible,so its temperature effect Experimental and applied research has a certain significance.In this paper,the temperature field of the autoclaved aerated concrete wall,the steady state heat transfer test,the temperature stress and the energy saving effect of the wall are analyzed.Based on the theory of wall temperature effect and the experimental study of wall,the distribution law of temperature field,stress field and displacement field of autoclaved aerated concrete wall under temperature is discussed.In this paper,the heat transfer modes and influencing factors of the temperature distribution of autoclaved aerated concrete wall are analyzed,and the calculation methods of various temperature fields are summarized.The steady-state heat transfer test was carried out by changing the temperature and humidity outside and inside the concrete wall of the autoclaved aerated concrete wall,and the strain values of different positions inside and outside the wall under different conditions were investigated.The finite element method was used to analyze the temperature effect of autoclaved aerated concrete wall,and the finite element simulation software ANSYS was used to simulate the temperature.The principle of building energy saving is expounded,and the thermal insulation performance of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete wall is analyzed.The heat transfer coefficient of autoclaved aerated concrete wall is calculated according to the relevant regulations of the country.And its application in the project was analyzed.The results show that the temperature field is linearly distributed along the wall thickness,and the temperature distribution along the wall thickness direction is related to the temperature distribution function.Wall,the outer surface of the different locations in different temperature difference,humidity conditions,the greater the temperature difference the greater the strain value,the impact of humidity on the smaller changes in the value.The displacement field and the stress field increase with the increase of the temperature difference.In the displacement field,the displacement value along the thickness direction of the wall is the largest,the position of the maximum displacement is around the wall;the displacement value along the height of the wall Small,but its maximum displacement position in the upper part of the outer surface of the wall;in the direction along the length of the wall displacement value of the smallest,but the maximum displacement of the location of the outer surface of the wall in the left;In the first principal stress of the body,the tensile stress of the wall is greater than that of the wall.The tensile stress of the wall is the largest in the direction of the height of the wall,the compressive stress of the wall is the maximum in the thickness direction of the wall,and the tensile stress along the height of the wall is the same as the length along the length of the wall Consistent,and the maximum tensile stress in the vicinity of the outer surface of the wall.Strain field and wall of the steady state heat transfer test results measured wall,the outer surface of the strain value is basically the same.In the hot summer and cold winter residential areas and part of the public buildings in the fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can be used as self-insulation materials,compared with other wall materials,energy efficiency has greatly improved.This subject can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the application of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete wall in engineering.
