Autoclaved aerated concrete is widely used because of its light weight,fire prevention,sound insulation,heat insulation,environmental protection and other prominent advantages that traditional building materials do not have.Its product boards are an excellent wall material in prefabricated buildings.Due to the fact that the compressive and tensile strength of aerated concrete is lower than that of traditional masonry materials,at present,the autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels are mainly used in the filling walls of concrete structures and steel structures,but are seldom used as loadbearing walls.To breakthrough the bottleneck problem,and give full play to the wall in the structure of prefabricated advantage,this paper first put forward by the precast concrete ring beam,constructional column and autoclaved aerated concrete curve edge shape and straight side wall plate assembly consisting of two kind of new composite wall,low level of assembling the shortcomings and the compound wall on the top and bottom of the lateral compressive stress,Through this structural measure,the contact mechanical properties of the interface between the structural column and the wall panels,and between the wall panels and the wall panels are enhanced,so as to realize the good integrity and seismic performance of the composite wall under the vertical load and horizontal earthquake action of the multi-storey building.Firstly,the horizontal low cycle reciprocating loading quasi-static tests of prestressed autoclavic aerated concrete composite wall with straight edge and curved edge were designed and carried out,which mainly included assembly of composite wall,prestress loading,joint treatment and reciprocating loading stages.Then the finite element simulation analysis of the test specimens of the composite wall with straight edge and curved edge is carried out.Taking the prestress as the main parameter affecting the seismic performance,the finite element analysis of the comprehensive seismic performance of the two types of walls under six levels of prestress variables is carried out.Finally,finite element numerical analysis method was used to study the influence of the manufacturing error of the two main edge parameters,wavelength and amplitude,on the mechanical performance of the composite wall.The main results are as follows :(1)The new prestressed composite wall with straight edge and curved edge is simple in structure,convenient in construction and high in assembly degree.It can be used as load-bearing wall in rural buildings and urban villas with large amount and wide area.(2)The seismic performance of composite wall is affected by the method of contact force between prefabricated is larger,the preloading stress enhanced the mutual friction force between the straight wall panel,and boundary friction between curved panels and bite work together make the wall stronger force ability,two kinds of prestressed precast autoclaved aerated concrete wall composite wall has good comprehensive seismic performance.(3)The two types of prestressed prefabricated composite walls have basically the same bearing capacity,stiffness and other properties as the cast-in-place autoclast aerated concrete wallboard composite wall with ring beam constructional columns.However,the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the new type of composite wall proposed in this paper are better,and the energy dissipation coefficient is about twice that of the cast-in-place beam-column composite wall under the same displacement condition.(4)The prestress has a great influence on the crack development of the wall in the early period of stress.For the two types of new composite walls listed in this paper,the optimal prestress value is between 20 and 25 k N.(5)The size error during the processing of curved wall panels mainly affects the mechanical performance of the composite wall at a small displacement.When the curve wavelength and amplitude error exceed 2mm,the seismic performance of the wall decreases greatly.
