The Modeling And Simulation Research On Lube Oil System Of The Ship

With the improvement in science and technology as well as the development of transport shipping industry,there is increasing demand for ship automation and intellectualization.Engine room,as the central part of the ship,consists of the major power plants of the ship,lubricating oil system,a piping system,provides lube oil for marine power plants,also as the crucial part for maintaining safe navigation during voyage.Therefore,it is of vital significance to master and familiarize with the management and operation of lubricating oil system.In addition,engine room simulator has been incorporated into seafarer training and assessing system in accordance with the stipulation and regulation of STCW 78/95 by IMO,however,most of engine room simulator at home and abroad simplify lubricating oil simulation with varying degrees,which is adverse to deeper level of failure diagnosis and emergency treatment.In all,there is significant implication for developing a set of ship lubricating oil simulation system which satisfies the demand of training and assessing,as well as failure diagnosis.This thesis is conducted on the basis of the lubricating oil of M.V.Pacific,COSCO,and throws light upon the components and working principle of lubricating oil system,by means of modular modeling,establishing lubricating oil filling and transfer system,main engine lubricating oil service system,generator lubricating oil service system mathematical model of components and piping;with the use of VC++programming language,developing two-dimensional simulation interface of lubricating oil system,and developed the simulation training system;simulation results show that lubricating oil simulation system are consistent with the real ship,meet training requirements.Adding the lubricating oil simulation training system to engine room comprehensive simulation platform,realize the linkage between the lubricating oil simulation system and the system of the platform.On the basis of this,using exam questions editing design operation test questions on lubricating oil failure diagnosis and elimination.
