From the 1970s,with the popularity and performance improving of the computer ,mathematical model is applied more and more in the study of the problem associated with sediment transport of the river. The model bases on the numerical methods and technology of computer, To resolve the concerned problem by the numerial simulation caculation..it has been a long time for this kind of the model to be adopted and researched.many results from the model have been applied to practical engineering,such as water conservancy,enviroment,port and channel,flood protection and so on,and have made some achievements, But the mechanism of flow and sediment movement is still an important disquisitive topic in the engineering.Associated with the project《MiaoGong reservior's running mode in the flood season of Hebei province》,surported by the Hebei Province Water Comservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institude.This thesis aims to study the Two-dimensional Flow-sediment mathematical model.Follows are the works done:1. Systematic derivation of the two-dimensional unsteady flow, two-dimensional sediment continuity equation, based on the finite volume method, using the classification method of simplified discrete equations to reduce the computational difficulty,to save calculation time.For the establishment of two-dimensional mathematical model of sediment basis.2. Based on the results of former research , derived and adopted a new sediment continuity equation, combined with the Einstein formula suitable for the miaogong , to found a new two-dimensional mathematical model of sediment.3.According to discrete equations, the preparation of Fortran computer program, and sediment erosion and deposition areas of the MiaoGong reservoir were calculated and compared with existing experimental data, consistent with good effect, so the model can be used to simulate the deformation of the river reservoir . Made an sequence of 13-year process of upper reaches, and sediment conditions and sediment control reservoir water level and calculated it, gave the velocity and sediment distribution of the full reach of the flow field, sediment,Displayed the simulated results of the riverbed's evolution.4.Analysed the movement of the erosion and deposition of the riverbed based on the different computer pools, to bring up the best project to desilt.The researth finding not only gave the Theorists significative numerial simulation method for intensive study,but also provided the practitioners with simple and practicable numberical algorithms.It had Has a certain theoretical and application value.
