Quality Management And Control Of Construction Engineering

Quality is the life of the construction project,is the success or failure of the construction project,but also directly affects the social life and property safety and social and economic development.Especially with the rapid development of the construction industry in the new period,the construction project in the size and structure complexity have great degree promotion,coupled with the construction engineering standards and quality requirements are increasingly high,greatly increasing the quality management and control of construction difficulty,a little careless may cause quality problems and accidents.In this context,how to effectively eliminate the quality problems in construction projects,and enhance the economic and social benefits of the construction project is an important issue worth exploring.Based on the quality management and control research at home and abroad on construction projects,first elaborated the research background,significance,content,purpose and methods,analyzed the domestic and foreign research results,a clear idea of writing,then the connotation,construction engineering quality management and control of the importance of the relevant theoretical knowledge the analysis pointed out that the construction engineering quality management and control has many influence factors and quality variability and hidden characteristic,the corresponding influence factors including human factors,material factors,machine design factors,methods and environmental factors,and then on the basis of defining the basic processes,methods and measures of quality management and the control of the construction project as well as the two construction problems were discussed in depth,and finally to the current China's construction engineering quality management and control are analyzed,and Some suggestions are put forward.Finally,some examples of concrete construction measures,especially some of these innovative measures,are explored in detail in the quality management and control process and measures.It is expected to provide guidance for the quality management and control of construction engineering in China in the new period.
