Study On Construction Quality Of Road Engineering In Beihai

With China’s rapid economic development, infrastructure construction accelerated, engineering quality has become the focus of attention of all parties. Due to the particularity of the municipal engineering, the construction quality of municipal engineering project is not only related to the local social and economic development, but also directly related to the interests of the masses and travel safety. The construction of municipal public works is different from the highway project, in the process of construction of people travel a greater impact, by traffic, water supply and drainage, gas, electricity, communications and other engineering system, engineering system must be simultaneous construction, the construction process is more complex. Engineering construction can meet the design requirements, a greater impact on the local economic development, directly affect the interests of thousands of households, and development of the city has put forward higher requirements for the municipal engineering construction. At present, in the construction process, the following problems:care for this and lose that quality problems, not well controlled; the construction team personnel quality is uneven, empiricism often dominate; quality management awareness is weak, think that as long as no quality accident on the line.This paper studies the domestic and international literature about the quality of the municipal engineering management, put forward to a set of theoretical system of municipal road engineering quality management in China, and analyses Beihai road reconstruction project by combining the concrete case, further demonstrated the feasibility of the theoretical system and maneuverability, provide the theoretical basis of quality management for the implementation of China’s municipal industry project next, put forward their own views for the municipal engineering project quality management in china.(1) This paper first analyzed the related literature on domestic and foreign scholars about the quality of the municipal engineering management, combined with the basic theoretical knowledge of municipal engineering quality management, summarize the theoretical basis for the thesis, lay a good foundation for the next step of the research.(2) In the basis of summarizing relevant theoretical research, focus on the analysis of present situation of municipal road engineering quality management in China and the existing problems, put forward a feasibility study into the dynamic quality management, for the establishment of quality management system in municipal road engineering in China, to pave the way to.(3) Based on quality management system of municipal road projects, the introduction of specific cases--Beihai road road reconstruction project, further demonstrated the feasibility of the quality management system and operation, and through the case to further improve municipal road quality management system, proposes the quality management strategy of municipal road engineering construction quality management:Planning, optimization the construction organization design, construction quality control, strengthening the construction of quality management organization to establish and build long-term mechanism construction quality management, for the road engineering construction of China’s municipal industry next to provide theoretical reference for the establishment of our country, the municipal road industry quality management system, improve the road engineering construction quality, strengthen quality management of construction personnel awareness of your recommendations.
