Study On Structural And Functional Properties Of Porous Asphalt With Limestone As Coarse Aggregate

With the development of basic industries,such as road traffic,the road of our country is developing towards the direction of safety,comfort,environmental protection.Porous asphalt pavement which has excellent structural features and functional characteristics meets the needs of today's people on the road.However,now the porous asphalt pavement in our country to aggregate basic basalt,diabase rocks,limestone for rich little favor,which is mainly composed of limestone with low strength and low polishing value factors.In this paper,the structure and functional characteristics of the asphalt pavement with limestone as coarse aggregate drainage are studied.This paper deals with the limestone for porous asphalt pavement coarse aggregate for structural and functional studies.Firstly,Jiangsu province part of limestone quarry limestone aggregates are surveyed and analyzed,obtained some limestone aggregate from Jiangsu province can meet all the requirements for drainage asphalt pavement aggregate performance.Secondly,the basic characteristics of limestone and the basic characteristics of basalt were compared.The results show that the performance of limestone is lower than that of basalt.Then,selected limestone aggregate and in the mix design of asphalt mixture performance test on,mainly studied a limestone coarse aggregate of asphalt pavement and drainage with basalt as coarse aggregate of asphalt pavement and SMA pavement drainage mechanical properties,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance.The limestone for drainage asphalt mixture coarse aggregate pavement performance differences with basalt as the coarse aggregate of asphalt mixture basalt for drainage asphalt mixture and as the coarse aggregate of SMA pavement performance of the overall difference is very small,and all can satisfy the engineering specification.Then the sliding performance,anti sliding,noise reduction performance,the decay law of comparative study on the anti permeability performance of drainage asphalt pavement with limestone coarse aggregate,it is concluded in the limestone is greater than basalt for drainage asphalt pavement of coarse aggregate anti slippery decay extent of drainage asphalt pavement of coarse aggregate,and the limestone drainage asphalt pavement anti slide performance decay is greater than that of basalt asphalt pavement drainage and defect of sediment type SMA pavement preventive maintenance,and verify the feasibility of the scheme.Using a BPS plate grinder for accelerated wear,the limestone coarse aggregate asphalt mixture with basalt as decay faster than the coarse aggregate asphalt mixture and SMA,and the three kinds of mixture for a period of time after the wear value change tends to be stable,the limestone material stable drainage asphalt mixture tends to the minimum value for crude set,is about 35,while the trend of basalt as coarse aggregate of asphalt mixture and drainage of stable SMA were greater than 42.The study on the noise reduction and permeability of limestone drainage asphalt mixture shows that the limestone drainage asphalt mixture has good noise reduction and water permeability as well as the basalt drainage asphalt mixture.The limestone used in porous asphalt pavement to provide practical guidance on the asphalt pavement project,Pu'er City,two highway built a a limestone coarse aggregate test section of PAC-16 surface layer,and the corresponding description of the key technology of construction and related content of pavement detection,compaction,permeability,pendulum value engineering quality testing,which can be used as a limestone coarse aggregate drainage asphalt pavement construction.
