| The characteristics of cement concrete pavement are mainly reflected in the advantages of high strength,good stability,good durability,good anti-sliding performance,good heat resistance and strong diffusion capacity.Compared with asphalt concrete pavement,the construction of cement concrete pavement is simple and cost-effective,which makes it widely used in China’s trunk,a small number of high-grade highways,especially low-grade highwaysMost of the cement concrete pavement in the early 21 st century has reached the design year,and this part of the road will be transformed or remodeled,a large number of waste concrete will be produced due to the transformation and reconstruction,if this part of the waste concrete was buried as garbage landfill or abandoned,it will pollute the environment and waste a large amount of engineering materials and occupy a large area of the buried land,then a series of problems relation to conserve resources and protect the environment and sustainable development issues appeared.Recycled technology can be used to produce recycled aggregate concrete,and then applied to the cement stabilized gravel base,This will not only protect the environment,but also reduce the project cost,with significant environmental,economic and social benefits.The main purpose of this project is to rely on the National Highway 207 Leizhou Longmen Reservoir to Xuwen County,Hai’an Port terminal section of the road renovation project,the waste concrete used in the test come from the damaged road of this area.The production technology of the recycled aggregate is factory crushing process,and the corresponding quality control measures are taken in the production process to ensure the quality of the recycled aggregate;The basic characteristics of recycled aggregates and natural aggregates are determined according to the relevant specifications and standards.Then,the tests such as sieving,crushing value,water absorption,needle-like particle content,apparent density,porosity and ruggedness are carried out.Datas show that the recycled aggregate have defects but the basic characteristics meet the specification requirements;Five different proportions of cement(3%,4%,4.5%,5%,6%)were prepared in three different proportions of mineral composition,and then the maximum dry density and the best water content were determined by standard compaction test,and finally 7-day unconfined compressive strength test was made to determine the target mix and production mix ratio;Add the cement dosage proportion of five different specimens in the optimal aggregate ratio(10~ 30mm: 10 ~ 20 mm gravel: 0 ~ 5mm gravel stone =10:45:45),and then through the splitting strength test,unconfined compressive elastic modulus test,freeze-thaw resistance test,anti erosion performance test to evaluate the result of cement stabilized recycled aggregate base course by performance,and on the basis of the test section to verify the performance of the pavement,through the above research and analysis can be applied to the feasibility of recycled aggregate cement stabilized macadam base. |
