| With the advancement of urbanization in China,the amount of construction waste has increased year by year and caused serious damage to the environment.After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party in China,highway construction has entered a new process.At present,the natural aggregate required for highway construction have been in short supply.At the same time,excessive mining of natural aggregates will cause serious damage to the environment,and the recycling of construction waste can effectively solve the problems of resource shortage and environmental damage.Based on this,this paper explores the feasibility of experimental research of brick&concrete recycled aggregate in cement stabilized macadam base to explore the feasibility of the application of construction waste in cement stabilized macadam base.By referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,summarize the previous experience and formulate technical routes.Expanded laboratory tests to analyze the basic properties of recycled aggregates,design the gradation composition of the mix and the unconfined compressive strength test,split strength test,compressive rebound resistance under different recycled aggregate content and brick concrete ratio Modulus test,dry shrinkage performance and temperature shrinkage performance test,so as to discuss the performance development law of cement stabilized mixture with the amount of recycled aggregate and the ratio of brick and concrete,and provide the reference for the effective use of recycled aggregate in cement stabilized macadam base.The test results show that with the increase of the content of the recycled aggregate,the maximum water absorption of the mixture increase significantly,and the maximum dry density is greatly reduced,and the change of the proportion of the brick is more influenced by the maximum dry density and the optimum water content of the mixture,and the side-limiting compressive strength of the mixed material,the splitting strength and the compression-resistant rebound modulus show the trend of falling after the increase of the content of the recycled aggregate,and the rising of the proportion of the brick and the aggregate shows the tendency of the straight line to fall;the dry shrinkage coefficient and the shrinkage coefficient of the mixture become larger with the increase of the content of the recycled aggregate,And the proportion of the brick is reduced.When the content of the recycled aggregate is not more than 50%and the content of the brick slag is not more than 30%,the performance of the mixture is good. |
