Recent years,with the continuous development of highway reconstruction and expansion in China,a large number of waste cement concrete materials are produced continuously.It is of great significance to turn waste into treasure and recycle it through effective technical means to promote the sustainable development of highway transportation in China,reduce the cost of road maintenance and repair,strengthen the protection of ecological environment and reduce the exploitation and utilization of natural resources.In this paper,a broken old cement concrete pavement made of recycled aggregate on test and research,analyzes the basic properties of recycled aggregate and strengthening method,and further discusses its in join cement materials such as the formation of the new road base material,on the basis of indoor test,paving the road test,further the effect of the actual road test.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)starting from the properties of raw materials,the properties of recycled aggregates and natural stone aggregates formed by the crushing of waste cement concrete pavement materials were compared,and the water absorption rate,crushing value,apparent density,needle flake particle content and other indicators of the two aggregates under different particle sizes were studied and tested.(2)to discuss the strengthening of the recycled aggregate method,choose physical strengthen abrasion tester and chemical reagents including organic silicon resin solution,silane coupling agent and phthalic acid coupling agent for a total of four kinds of strengthening method,using aggregate crushing value and water absorption as evaluation index,the contrast analysis of the four reinforcement methods of recycled aggregate to improve the effect and economy;(3)research under the influence of particle size does not match type and at the same level,the performance of cement stabilized recycled aggregate,designed the largest size is53 mm suspended dense structure and the skeleton dense structure and maximum diameter of 37.5 mm of skeleton dense structure,three types of mixture in the simulation of hydraulic engineering background,the influential factors of adverse conditions,such as test,respectively,the proportion of different material under the condition of unconfined compressive strength and compressive modulus of resilience and splitting strength,flexuralmodulus and other mechanical performance index and temperature shrinkage,dry shrinkage performance indicators;(4)to a national level within hebei province highway cement stabilized recycled aggregate subbase test road paving engineering,analysis of the cement stabilized recycled aggregate of main construction technology and quality control points,and through the way of the core layer of water stable recycling performance,the inspection results show that the performance of cement stabilized recycled base is good,can satisfy the basic requirement of the first-class highway subbase.
