| In china,the asphalt pavement has gradually stepped into the stage of maintenance,which is constructed at the early time.Behind the rapid development of highway construction,the task of pavement maintenance also increase gradually.There is a large number of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP),when we maintenance the pavement.Which is a urgent problem to effectively recycling the RAP.At the first,all kinds of RAP recycling technology are compared,the advantage and difficulty of central plant hot recycling are analysed.Through the analysis for the mix design concept,process and the main factors that influence the performance of hot recycling mixture,the optimization scheme of mix design is proposed and 30%dosage of RAP material mixture ratio design case is analysed,the main points which should be controled for mix design are availabe.Then from material recycling,processing and storage of RAP to recycling equipment,mixing and paving construction technology of central pant recycling has been researched,and measures for control the discreteness of RAP,improve the quality of regenerated and construction stability,which has been putted forward.From temperature,paving peed,sampling inspection of material and quality control in the process of the construction has been analyzed.The main influence factors for central plant hot recycling mixture performance,durability and flatness of pavement construction are presented.Finally,as an example,important research results of this paper have been examined and analyzed through the maintenance engineering of 244 provincial highway in shandong province.And the economic,social and environmental benefits were analyzed.The results showed that the plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture technology has high social and economic value,this article research conclusion also is useful for improving the effect of the technology in the application of social practice,experience has been ccumulated for later technology promotion. |
