More than one hundred years passed before the current, a rapid development of road-engineering techniques has been achieved, the construction of expressway improve the quality of people’s life. Based on the analysis of relevant data, the asphalt concrete pavement structure comprise about90percent of the freeways that have been built in China. According to the asphalt concrete pavement structure’s designed service life-15years, more and more early highway enter medium and major repairs period, which produce a large amount of reclaimed asphalt pavement. Therefore the road-engineering has brought much convenience for the mankind, meanwhile, it has also destroyed natural environment and contributed to environmental pollution in a certain degree.This paper is base on Chongqing’s project " low-carbon asphalt concrete pavement material regeneration and recycle technology ". This thesis presents a research program on central plant comprehensive recycling of the waste of asphalt pavement, mainly includes RAP pretreatment, RAP detection performance analysis, RAP reference material synthesis, comprehensive recycling asphalt mixtures design, performance assessment for comprehensive recycling asphalt mixtures and its industrial facilities.The production process flow of central plant comprehensive recycling is proposed in this paper, this thesis also shows its technology points. The process feature is that it consists of two parts:cold recycled and hot recycled. First, the waste of asphalt pavement is processed into different types of RAP reclaimed materials. Then RAP reclaimed materials is processed into satisfactory recycled asphalt mixture according to condition. This type of regenerate technology can enhance the proportion of RAP.Central plant comprehensive recycling technology accord with national situations and sustainable development strategies. This technology has an important effect on expressway and the sustainable development of social economy. This paper select suitable evaluation indexes and use gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to appraise it in three areas:technical effect, economic benefit, environmental benefit.
