In the early stage, the asphalt pavement in the early stage of our country is gradually entering the large and medium repair period, and it will produce a lot of waste asphalt mixture.Cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement can be used repeatedly to improve the utilization of old asphalt pavement, improve the utilization rate of resources, protect the ecological environment, in line with the national development of circular economy and sustainable development strategy. Cold recycling of asphalt mixture is one of the important methods of asphalt pavement regeneration, and the research of cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement has important practical significance.Based on the full investigation and evaluation of old asphalt pavement, this paper makes a full investigation and evaluation on the old asphalt pavement, and obtains the experience on the design of the mixture ratio of recycled asphalt pavement and the design of the mixture ratio of the asphalt pavement, and is applied to the design of cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt. In this paper, the construction technology, construction quality control and construction quality acceptance criteria of cold recycled mixture of asphalt mixing plant are summarized and discussed.The research shows that the cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt has good structural strength and road performance, which can be used for the high grade highway.This technology is used in the maintenance and reconstruction of asphalt pavement in China, which has significant economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
