Study On Application Of Heat Regenerated Asphalt Mixture In Xinglong Avenue

Asphalt pavement plant heat regeneration technology is a low carbon environmental protection technology,in this technology,because the original asphalt pavement is affected by transport load,light,heat,rain,snow,extreme weather and so on,the delay is greatly reduced,which leads to the asphalt pavement aging,life is significantly lower,its flexibility is getting worse and worse,become brittle and hard,pavement early damage is serious,this kind of early diseases are common in our country roads.The regeneration technology for the original pavement mixture ratio design,improve the pavement gradation,reduce the porosity,restore the performance of the original pavement asphalt,make the pavement become flexible again,extend the pavement life.In our country,along with the highway and urban road into the overhaul period,how to solve the old asphalt materials piled up to the environment pollution and destruction,restore the original asphalt pavement performance and asphalt pavement elasticity.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the thermal regeneration technology of central plant hot recycling suitable for China’s national conditions.In this paper,the separation test of RAP of reclaimed asphalt pavement was carried out firstly,the content and distribution of old asphalt were analyzed,the aging degree of old asphalt was evaluated,and the physical properties and gradation variability of the aggregate were analyzed.Secondly,analysis of plant mixed hot regeneration mix design method,to carry out the synthesis of different dosage of recycling material RAP mixture design research,and through the relevant experiment of regeneration mixture high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability of road use performance were studied.Finally,through the form of engineering examples,the road thermal regeneration construction technology research,including technical preparation,regeneration technology construction,completion acceptance,etc.,through the construction technology research,summed up a set of feasible,economical and reasonable plant heat regeneration concrete pavement construction technology and quality control methods.
