In recent years,China's urbanization process continues to promote the birth of a number of urban agglomerations,urban agglomerations,the more closely related to the internal,which led to the rapid development of intercity railway.Hubei Provincial People's government made clear in 2016 "government work report" : "the perfect transportation system,foreign construction in Wuhan as the center of the M shaped high-speed rail network,the formation of regional intercity railway network".With the rapid development of intercity railway,the expansion of urban space has changed.Chengtie station has become a new engine of urban development,each of the suburban railway station,will become the center of population,resources,information gathering and diffusion.High-speed rail stations are generally located in large cities,intercity railway stations are mostly located in small and medium-sized cities,in addition to carrying the function of the transport hub,but also has the function of the city square.With the improvement of people's living standard,the way of travel is rich,and the function of the user to the station square is becoming more and more diversified.At present,in the construction of the railway station square,there are many problems,such as the lack of outdoor leisure space,the lack of public facilities and the chaos of the station square.On the other hand,the suburban railway station as a business card,there are geographical features are not prominent problems.The existence of these problems,so that the bus station is difficult to meet the needs of all users.Therefore,the square in front of the optimization of landscape design theory and principles through the study of the suburban railway station,investigation on the square before the loss of function,and put forward the square in front of the optimization design is of great practical significance.In this paper,the railway station in front of the space landscape as the research object,first of all,through the relevant literature and the concept of carding,clear thestation before the station to optimize the design of the landscape space guiding principles and methods.Select Hubei Intercity Railway important line of Wugang as the research object,field visits Wuhan,Ezhou and Huanggang 7 suburban railway station,combined with a large number of Chinese and foreign design cases,summarizes the common problems of suburban railway station square landscape design and put forward coping strategies.At the end of this paper,the West Station Square in Huanggang west station is selected as the optimal design object of the front station.According to the characteristics of Huanggang West Railway Station and the results of the questionnaire,the author puts forward a personalized design scheme.
