| The reciprocal structure has a long history.It has many advantages,such as being so rich in structure forms and so light,with a strong architectural structure expressive force.But the actual application of the reciprocal structure is very few.Actually,most of the structural studies are also in numerous workshops.In the application of reciprocal structure,it can be found that most application of the construction is in one-dimensional and two-dimensional reciprocal structure,which is because the one-dimensional and two-dimensional structure are relatively simple,and the space can be easy to use,but the actual case is still very few.When architects adopt a structure,the space of the structure can be clearly controlled.Due to the unusual and complex components,the reciprocal structure is difficult to be accurate applied into the design.In other words,if the reciprocal structure’s space size can be accurately described,it will facilitate the use of such structure.The size of the reciprocal structure space is closely related to the construction of the component and the size of the component itself.The ideal one-dimensional reciprocal structure is symmetrical,and the size of the structural member has some mathematical connection with the structural space.It is the focus of this paper to find out that the relationship between the structure and the size of the components.Based on the study,the design will take the plant in Taizhou Gaogang as an example to illustrate how the reciprocal structure is involved in the design. |
