The quality of construction of rockfill dams is related to the safety of dam construction and operation.Using the automatic tracking and observation function of the Georobot,the rolling machine can be supervised in real time to ensure the construction quality of the rock-fill dam.In the actual application process,due to the lack of effective coordination between the various departments,resulting in supervisory work cannot be effective;under the influence of construction site environment,climate and other factors,the quality of the data obtained is low.In the process of visualization of rolling parameters,some parameters are not accurate and intuitive.In order to make the rolling supervisory work effectively carry out,improve the rolling supervisory data quality and rolling parameters of information accurate and intuitive expression,the theory of quality control of rockfill dam construction,the method to evaluate and improve data quality,the visualization optimization of rolling parameters and the three-dimensional simulation of rolling process are carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The rock-fill dam construction quality supervisory theoretical content is discussed.First of all,the working flow of the compaction of the rock-fill dam is introduced;the actual requirements and the main contents and methods of the quality control of the rolling quality supervisory are analyzed.Analyze the working flow of the rolling control so that the multi-party can effectively participate in the work.Secondly,it briefly introduces the rolling quality supervisory system based on the Georobot and compares it with the GNSS supervisory system,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two supervisory techniques.(2)Analyze the reasons that affect the data acquisition of the supervisory system and propose ways to improve the quality of the supervisory data.Firstly,evaluate the quality of data with continuity,completeness,and so on.Combined with the actual application of the situation,analysis of the reasons for supervisory data acquisition and put forward the corresponding solutions.For the supervisory data that has been acquired,the data preprocessing,such as interpolation calculation,singular value processing,filtering still,time segmentation,etc.,is performed to calculate the redundant data in the supervisory data.Experiments show that the above method can effectively improve the quality of supervisory data to ensure the accuracy of rolling parameters calculation,but also verify the supervisory system can carry out a more comprehensive supervisory of the rolling process to meet the actual requirements of the project.(3)Parameter Visualization Optimization and 3D Visual Simulation of Rolling Process.The use of color matching principle of contrast color and adjacent color to optimize the number of rolling times to make the rolling information can be clear,accurate,with a sense of hierarchy to reflect.In order to reflect the distribution of flatness from different aspects such as the whole and the detail,the least squares method and the moving least squares method(MLS)were used to fit the plane and the elevation surface fitting.At the same time,the MLS method is compared with the weighted inverse distance method,the Kriging interpolation method and the polynomial regression method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain smooth and continuous variation,and it is consistent with the actual situation of the fitting surface,overcomes the commonly used algorithm to fit the elevation surface is not smooth,messy,s some areas of the protrusion,depression,and by fitting surface graphics,reflecting the smoothness of the warehouse surface trend.As the two-dimensional graphics on the rolling construction process is not intuitive,real,with the Unity 3D visual simulation engine,it can realize the 3D visual simulation of the rolling construction process,and users of the rolling construction site has a relatively real,intuitive understanding,so that users of the rolling construction site has a relatively real,intuitive understanding,to facilitate its management,and to solve the problem,etc.
