Based on the object of aero-engine blade in this article,finite element software ANSYS-LS/DYNA and finite element explicit algorithm are adopted to visually simulate the rolling process of blade.The results play guiding role in the control of blade profile in actual machining process.At first,the mathematical model of stress and strain of metallic unit in the rolling process and mechanics model of rolling zone were established.The relationship of stress-strain and displacement-strain of blade unit were analyzed.The biting and stable rolling conditions of blade were analyzed.The relations of rolling force and rolling torque of blade were also analyzed.Second,the profile of mould was established by using of the tool of higher order fitting curve in Pro/e software,and the model was introduced into ANSYS through the interface.The automatic contact model of rigid die and multiple segment linear elastic-plastic blank was established.The rolling process of blade was simulated.The effect of rolling parameters on metal fluidity and the distribution of normal rolling force,lateral rolling force,rolling torque and equivalent strain of high precision nonlinear blade in rolling process were studied.Key sections of blade was assured by combining with the position of rolling error of blade and roller.Metal fluidity error of the rolling process of blade caused by Installation errors were researched.The results show that with the increase of friction coefficient the increasing extent of normal rolling force,lateral rolling force,rolling torque are corresponding decreased.The increasing extent of corresponding normal rolling force,lateral rolling force,rolling torque are increased when reduction rate increases the same extent.With the increase of rolling velocity,the normal rolling force,lateral rolling force,rolling torque decrease.The temperature of roller has no effects on normal rolling force,lateral rolling force,rolling torque under the condition of cold rolling.With the increase of friction coefficient and reduction rate the strain of blade is increased.At the position of maximum deformation is more visible.The rolling velocity has contrary effects on the strain of blade.The friction coefficient,reduction rate and rolling velocity have little effects on the precision of lateral displacement,and have large effects on normal displacement.However,installation error of blade and roller has less effects on transverse precision of blade,but more effects on normal accurate.Simulation results can not only be achieved micro rolling process visualization of blade,can also provide the theoretical basis for the adjustment of parameters and installation position.Compared with the reduction rate,modifying friction coefficient has smaller deviation on profile of blade.
