The Suitability Of Urban Park Green Space In Huaian Based On POE Evaluation And Optimization Strategy

China has entered the aging society,and the aging rate increases year by year,the aging problem has been reflected in all levels of society.One of the main places of city park as the city elderly outdoor activities for the elderly,create more safe and comfortable outdoor environment is the primary task of city construction and management of the park,but currently on the city park design of the old is still less.Therefore,by investigating the regional cultural characteristics of Huaian,this paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly in Huaian.At the same time,select the Qing Yan garden,Chuxiu and bochi Mountain Park as a sample,using POE evaluation method,through field observation,questionnaire and interview survey of elderly people to evaluate the park space layout,road,service facilities,plant landscape and park management,analysis of the elderly to use demand and Huaian City park the city park is suitable for the old,on this basis,proposed optimization strategies suitable for the old city of Huaian park.First,Huaian is flat,rich in water resources,both north and south of climate climate,four seasons,rich in plant species;Huaian culture,such as outdoor activities on the canal culture,folk culture of old people in Huaian have a certain impact,the elderly people in Huaian love at the edge of the water,rich cultural life.Second,the survey found that the elderly activities are mainly concentrated near the entrance to the park and waterfront space in the park,the activities of rich content.The main purpose of the elderly to the park is fitness,followed by participation in recreational activities and other,spring and summer and autumn and winter activities are basically the same,but the distribution of time on the activities of some different.The elderly are satisfied with the use of various kinds of alms and space venues.Third,through the results of the survey found that the use of the elderly in Huaian,the park material space is generally a lack of certain aging design.Such as the entrance space in parks and various elderly venues lack of rest facilities and racks;seat material,size and layout are insufficient;the lack of secondary road signs indicative signs,plant description problems,steps and the lack of shore eye-catching warning sign and level design is not reasonable;the lack of large deciduous shade in the park too many trees,willow and poplar in the spring and autumn and were on the environmental health impact,not conducive to the elderly travel etc..Fourth,Huaian regional climate characteristics of Huaian and the elderly needs of park green space based on the park space layout,typical space,road,rest facilities,service facilities,plant landscape and park management of old fitness optimization design recommendations.All around the venue in the elderly increase in the activity of rest facilities and rack,and the increase of tall trees;put forward specific requirements for the seat size design,replacement or modification is not suitable for the elderly sitting in the seat;minor junctions increase indicative signs and instructions on plant replacement identity card,step,water shore increase warning signs the eye-catching;plant selection and configuration to consider the needs of the elderly,to strengthen park based maintenance work etc.The full text is about more than 48 thousand words,a total of 108pictures,43 chart.
