Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project

Construction industry plays a very important role in the economic development of our country,is closely linked with the optimization of China's infrastructure and the adjustment of China's national economy,promotes our country economy better and faster development,make our country the pace of urbanization is becoming faster and faster.The development process of the current development situation of the economy has tended to globalization,the domestic construction enterprise gradually with international standards,in the domestic construction market for construction enterprises in China will participate in the further competition,construction enterprises must take relevant reasonable methods of enterprise management.For enterprises in the process of operation cost must be controlled to enable enterprises to become the largest economic profit,can not only enhance the social status of the enterprise,it is also for enterprises to obtain low-cost advantage in the fierce competition in the market has laid the foundation,but also get more benefits,help enterprises in the business environment better change constantly like cloud and wave business,can also help enterprises to improve their internal construction,causes the enterprise to improve its management system,have stronger competition ability.But at the present stage,generally ignored in the process of engineering project construction cost management of enterprises in China,did not establish a responsibility system framework of cost control and improve project,but also the lack of cost accounting knowledge.No plans and objectives of scientific and feasible cost control for these enterprises,making the content of lack of comprehensiveness,not only focus on the construction process of the whole project into consideration,only focus on the cost level but not the level of cost benefit into consideration,only pay attention to save the cost of ignoring the claims.Project cost control responsibility not to implement specific practice,carry out a comprehensive project cost control for construction enterprises is imminent.The author based on years of their own working experience,combined with the present stage of China's construction enterprises lack of cost control system of responsibility system,using empirical research methods such as multiple observation,literature analysis,in-depth study of current cost control in the development of China's construction enterprises in the industry.Based on the theory of responsibility cost control and total cost control,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the cost control of construction enterprises in china.At the end of a group of subsidiaries of the classic case for China's construction enterprises to provide some effective management experience.
