| In the conventional super high-level structure design method,many structural designers to ensure structural safety while ignoring the structure of more in-depth optimization.These optimizations not only reduce investor investment,reduce unnecessary losses,but also save resources and reduce waste.The purpose of this research is to analyze and study the actual engineering project,and to extract the basic points of the design of the super high-rise structure cylinder to form a set of effective design guidance process.First of all,this paper chooses six super high-rise projects in the design institute and analyzes them optimally.The calculation of the material usage statistics is used to discuss the external factors of the amount of the material of the shear wall structure.The effects of structural height,seismic fortification intensity and structural system on the total material consumption of the three main external factors were studied.The conclusion of the analysis of the external factors can usually play an important reference value in the early stage of the project.Therefore,the conclusion of this chapter can be used as the important basis for guiding the project and the decision-making stage.The project can be used to know the optimal design measures of the cylinder shear wall Pre-design.Secondly,the main calculation principle of YJK,PUSHOVER and SAUSAGE is introduced,which is the research method and theoretical basis of this paper,and it is the technical basis of the follow-up study.Thirdly,the structural optimization scheme of the internal influencing factors of the structural material of the shear wall structure is analyzed.(1)Analysis of the internal influencing factors of the amount of material used in the structure of the shear wall of the cylinder.(1)The internal factors of the shear wall structure of the cylinder are analyzed by the internal factors,and the internal optimization factors are introduced.(2)internal wall and external wall layout analysis,the content of which is mainly for the internal structure of the cylinder structure,the proportion of external wall to be analyzed,the internal wall of the wall structure,And the corresponding structural optimization scheme is put forward.(3)The analysis of the beam stiffness and the set of performance is mainly based on the analysis scheme of the connecting beam of the shear wall of the cylinder,and the corresponding structural optimization scheme is put forward.(4)Wall length ratio comparison analysis,this part mainly for the cylinder shear wall wall length and structural hole setting program analysis,and put forward the corresponding structural optimization program.Finally,,the performance analysis and safety of the optimized structure are analyzed by PUSHOVER and SAUSAGE finite element analysis software.From the structural rationality and structural safety outside the economic level,it is proved that the optimization measures taken are not the cost of sacrificing structural safety,from the analysis of the elasticity index and the large elastic-plastic damage analysis.Thus validating the rationality of the optimization method. |
