Our economy is developing rapidly Since Reform and Opening up and High-rise building spring up all over the world.The conventional method of “three-level two phases” seismic design requirements is hard to satisfy some complex ultra-limited structures,which have no specific standards to follow.the safety of this kind of structures is difficult to guarantee.In this context,the performance-based seismic design method become adopted widely.With high bearing capacity and lateral stiffness,reinforced concrete shear wall structures are widely used in high-rise housing.Under this background,this study research an oversize high-rise building combined with a practical project.What’s more,discuss the hot issues on the tensile strength and control measures of shear wall under fortification earthquakes in order to give some suggestions for engineering design.The main contents are as follows:(1)Generalize the development of high-rise buildings all over the world;the experiment ang research status of shear wall structures;theory of perform-based seismic design principle and implementation steps.(2)Combined with a practical project,design a residential high-rise building of shear wall structure by adjust some wall-column on the basis of original structural design drawing to make the layout rule.On the basis of conventional design,using PKPM-SATWE and Midas building to do the modal decomposition response spectrum analysis,along with elastic time-history analysis as supplementary.the maximum of which will be used in reinforcement design.(3)Introduce the main function of Midas building,the character and application range of beam and wall,the definition of plastic hinge;establish the three-dimensional nonlinear analysis model.Obtain the response of structure with pushover method.Put emphasis on the tensile force of the shear wall in the medium earthquake.According to the related specifications,analyze the effect on the overall seismic performance of the structure.(4)Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare occurrence earthquake was carried out with the high performance nonlinear finite element software SAUSAGE.According to some important index such as interlayer displacement angle,base shear,plastic damage of main components and energy dissipation of structures,the structure damage is evaluated by using these performance evaluation index of seismic standard in china.Take effective action to the weakness components to make the structure safety.(5)In order to study the relationship between the tensile force and the seismic capacity of the structure.Designed another two shear wall structures with different height of 146.2m and 170.2m,on the basis of original project design.Study the distribution of the tensile condition and make comparison to analyze the distribution of tensile force under major earthquake with nonlinear analysis.Study the failure mechanism and damage of the structure.Get conclusion of the tension effect on the seismic performance of ultra-limited structures.
