With the improvement of people’s living standards, residents’requirements for indoor environment quality and comfort are also increasing. The indoor environment represented by offices and bedrooms has become an important part of human life and work.A good indoor environment is beneficial to people’s health and life.it is very important to study how to improve the quality of the indoor environment, but it is important to improve the quality of the indoor environment through a better building internal environment,Is the preferred strategy. Therefore, window opening behavior is the most effective and convenient way for indoor personnel to improve the quality of indoor environment. Therefore, studying the window opening behavior of residential buildings has important theoretical significance and practical value in terms of building comfort and indoor environment quality. The window-opening behavior of indoor personnel is not only affected by physical environmental factors, but also by the psychological factors, physiological factors and personal habits of indoor personnel. The influence of many factors makes it more difficult to study window-opening behavior. Our country is divided into five major climate zones, the different climate zones of lifestyle and climate change on the indoor personnel had a greater influence on the window-opening behavior, the study of window opening behavior on residential buildings has been explored in cold zones regions and severe cold regions, but there are very few studies on window opening bahavior in residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter regions. In order to better explore the window-opening behavior in hot summer and warm winter zones,Select a representative city in the hot summer and warm winter area 10 rooms in a residential building community in Quanzhou and use a combination of on-site monitoring and theoretical analysis to investigate Quanzhou from August 15,2019 to August 15,2020.10 rooms in a residential district of Quanzhou city were monitored on the spot and indoor environmental parameters were measured:indoor PM2.5concentration,CO2concentration,formaldehyde concentration, temperature, relative humidity;outdoor environmental parameters:outdoor temperature, relative humidity, wind level;the difference environment parameters of indoor and outdoor:the difference of temperature, the difference of relative humidity and the window status(open/closed).Through theoretical analysis of a large sample database, according to different characteristics, the 10 room are divided into four types of rooms:living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, summarizing the regular characteristics of the window-opening behavior of residential buildings in the past and digging out the driving factors of the window-opening behavior residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zones and using univariate analysis,Multivariate analysis, collinearity analysis, normalization processing and other statistical methods, logistic regression analysis of influencing factors and window opening behavior were used to establish single parameter Logistic regression model and multi-parameter logistic regression model of residential building indoor window opening behavior in hot summer and warm winter zones, and finally the window opening behavior model is tested. The research results show that the environmental parameter that has the greatest influence on the window opening behavior of residential buildings in Quanzhou,a representative city in the hot summer and warm winter area,it is the temperature difference of between indoor and outdoor, followed by indoor temperature, while outdoor temperature has the least influence;from the data,it can be seen that indoor Outside temperature, indoor relative humidity.Outdoor wind level, the temperature difference of indoor and outdoor and window opening probability are positively correlated, and outdoor relative humidity, the relative humidity difference of indoor and outdoor and window opening probability are negatively correlated. In addition, this study found that during the test period, there were two window opening modes in the four households that have a greater impact on the indoor environment--positive and negative window opening modes.Among them, the the indoor environment in the negative modes is prone to be in an unhealthy state, which needs to attract the attention of indoor personnel, and certain measures should be taken to enhance indoor air quality.
