The Study Of Digital Management System For A Coal Yard Affiliated To X Thermal Power Plant

Electric power industry is the foundation of the national industry,it relates to the country's development and social stability,the normal operation of the power industry is very important.Normal operation of electric power industry is dependent on the most basic of fuel supply,fuel varieties and quality to meet the requirements of the design of the boiler.So the power plant must be strictly management of fuel supply and transport.Only strengthen the fuel scientific management,to ensure the normal supply of fuel needed for coal-fired power plants.Plant fuel in the power plant operation of the entire cost of the largest,about 80% of the cost of coal-fired power plant,the fuel management is a coal-fired power plant production and operation of a big deal.Traditional fuel management makes the scene more disorderly,data feedback is not timely,and staff workload is bigger,although in recent years began to use information technology to manage,but due to the limited research level,shorter time,has not made all links form a closed loop.So need to use digital management system for coal to solve such problems.Taking digital X coal-fired power plant coal yard management system as the background,first elaborated the digital information theory and the theory of industrial engineering management,to plant fuel management status and the problems were analyzed,and in order to solve these problems,digital management system of coal construction are put forward.Again,this paper introduces in detail the X design scheme of the digital management system for coal in power plants,the design scheme through audit,started the construction of the digital management system for coal SAP ERP platform as the optimization of coal management information system software platform.Finally,the digital management system for coal application effect is analyzed.The theoretical study,coal-fired power plant in this paper,according to the analysis,design,practical application,the inductive generalization,use the discipline knowledge such as production management,ERP,process analysis,combining theory and practice,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,for the implementation of digital management system for coal in coal-fired power plant enterprise business process werestudied.X through the implementation of digital management system for coal power plants,make each link forms the closed loop,can timely feedback data and data sharing,raise work efficiency,reduce the cost of the enterprise production,brought huge economic benefits for the enterprise,thus realize enterprise efficiency,cost and quality continue to improve,enhance the overall strength of the enterprise.
