With the further deepening of the market-oriented system reform in the power industry,the core strategy for the survival and development of thermal power enterprises have been to control the cost of power generation and improve economic benefits.The fuel cost accounts for about 70% of the power generation cost.It have been one of the effective solutions to reduce the cost of power generation for thermal power enterprises to set up digital coal yard and improve the accuracy of blending and burning.Through in-depth study of thermal power enterprise management mode,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of domestic digital coal and difficulties.With the ultimate goal of precise blending of coal and reduction of power generation cost,the digital coal yard management system is designed,which is based on the integrated management of coal burning,consumption and storage and the closed-loop management of coal quantity,quality and price information.The coal yard management module realized the fine management of coal yard subdivision and coal classification.The coal yard stock structure is dynamically constructed and updated according to the operation category,and provides accurate information of coal quantity,quality,price and display of stacking information.The receiving and unloading management module realized the fine scheduling according to the way of coal coming and the accurate transmission of coal information and receiving and unloading information,controled the coal yard management cost,and provides guarantee for the accuracy of coal storage information.The coal blending management module standardized the operation of taking coal to the bunker,optimized the results of blending and burning,and corrected the information of coal storage by feeding back the results of blending coal,so as to realized the energy conservation of coal field.The system adopts B/S mode,based on the mainstream Web framework SSM implementation,and through functional testing to verified the practicability and reliability.The test results show that the system function design meets the fuel management requirements of thermal power plant,and the function is basically realized.Compared with the existing digital coal plant,it is easier to maintain and manage,and more efficient.
