With the continuous rise of coal prices,the cost of fuel in the thermal power industry is increasing,resulting in the pressure of thermal power enterprises.coal is still one of the irreplaceable energy sources in China.With the gradual opening of the electricity market,the competition will become more intense.Therefore,thermal power plants want to keep their advantages in the market competition and need to reduce fuel cost through fuel management and coal quality doping.In order to ensure the economic operation of the boiler in power plants,it is very important to use coal to do a good mixing work.Based on the practical,advanced,reliable,expansibility,safety and manageability,based on the latest.Net platform of Microsoft,a set of accurate,timely and comprehensive fuel information management and analysis and automatic coal blending fuel intelligent management system is set up in this paper,based on the practical,advanced,reliable,extensible,safe and manageable principle of the coal fired power plant.Through the establishment of digital coal yard,the system can grasp the information of coal yard in real time,and provide accurate and timely information of coal combustion for blending coal.At the same time,the system can establish a dynamic blending calculation model,make economic comparison and establish a specific and operational scientific blending scheme,and calculate the cost of generating electricity by establishing the cost accounting system,analyze the economic index and variable cost of the unit in real time,so that the fuel cost is greatly reduced.At the same time,based on the established fuel management system,the key links in the fuel cost management of the 2 x 660 MW supercritical unit are analyzed and designed,such as the digital coal field,the optimized blending and the data statistics,and the influence of the different coal load rate on the power generation coal consumption,the plant electricity rate and the power supply coal consumption.And the electricity consumption value and coal quality requirements of ball mill and desulphurization system under different load rates,a scientific blending scheme for 2 x660 MW supercritical unit in tea garden power plant is established.The fuel intelligent management system established in this paper has been applied in the Chayuan power plant,improved the fuel management system of the Chayuan power plant,improved the fuel management level of the Chayuan power plant,solvedthe problem of insufficient coal production in the area of the Chayuan power plant,saved the cost of coal purchase,and brought about 2900 yuan of economic benefit in2016.The effect of the management is remarkable.
