With the improvement of economy,enthusiasm on traveling during leisure time has been increasing steadily year by year.The construction of leisure and scenic spots has also been built rapidly,meanwhile,the public and service design of tourist attractions attracts more and more attention.According to the user-centered design theme,it has become hot issue that how to enhance the impression and satisfaction of scenic tourists by providing a more effective method for the design and implementation of the public service system.We did some research on this key issue.Firstly,the concept of tourist attractions as well as classification and functions of public service design were analyzed and summarized.Followed by discussion about the main design elements and expression of public service system on the basis of analyzing the composition of public service system in tourist scenic spots.Many important aspects in general design principle has also concluded for improving tourists' experience according to Shanghai Disneyland service system.Furthermore,after analysis of the users' demands and cognition as well as the category and level of user' experience,overall framework of the design process in the tourist service system was sum up.The construction of framework for the design method has been completed under the central concept of experience.At the end of this study,this established design process and method were applied in designing the Qingdao Lingshan Bay Tourist Resort.In conclusion,in order to enhance the feeling of tourist,personal idea and suggestions were declaimed in accordance with some research on the public service system in tourist scenic spots.This study is vital to public service system in tourist scenic spot due to not only providing the theoretical reference but also supplying an effective method to realized implementation of the public service system.
