Dangerous chemicals are dangerous chemicals that are flammable,explosive,toxic or radioactive.These dangerous chemicals are often raw materials for industrial products.Because of the different places of origin,different transportation methods are required.At present,a dangerous chemical transportation pattern is mainly formed by roads,supplemented by waterways and railways.According to the data from the China Chemical Alliance Dangerous Chemicals Logistics Branch,from 2017 to 2018,the total transportation volume of hazardous chemicals reached 1.626 billion tons.Such a huge transportation volume will bring more transportation risks,so ensure that hazardous chemicals The safe transportation is very important.Through investigations and visits to CIMC Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Company,we learned that the following three aspects are closely related to the safety of hazardous chemicals in transit: driver fatigue driving is the main cause of accidents;secondly,the state of the environment of hazardous chemicals transportation is dangerous.The impact of chemical safety,such as sudden changes in temperature and pressure,or leakage of liquid can cause accidents.Finally,the state of the vehicle is also an important factor affecting the transportation of hazardous chemicals.During the transportation process,tire bursts,tire self-ignition,and roll will affect hazardous chemicals Safety.With the development of current cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other related technologies,designing a comprehensive monitoring platform for the logistics and transportation of hazardous chemicals has become feasible.The main tasks of this platform are as follows:(1)Use micro-service technology to build the system background,use FSDP to build a cloud computing platform,collect the status of hazardous chemicals through a distributed hazardous chemical state awareness network,and design an early warning model of hazardous chemical states for in-transit early warning.(2)Utilize the underlying sensing network of the vehicle to monitor the tire pressure,speed,roll angle and other parameters of the transportation vehicle,use the vehicle terminal to record and upload to the cloud through the vehicle wireless communication system,and the vehicle can be remotely monitored in the background.When the vehicle is abnormal,the vehicle terminal Synchronize with the background for early warning.(3)Design and implement a driver condition monitoring and early warning system.Face recognition technology is used to monitor and warn the driver's fatigue status,analcohol tester is used to detect whether the driver is drunk,and the on-board terminal is used to record the driver's operating behavior.If there is an illegal operation,an alarm is triggered.(4)Design and implement the basic management module for the transportation of hazardous chemicals,and complete the user management,the operation with different permissions,the marking of unfavorable locations,and the management of cargo orders.(5)Utilize Io T cloud technology,combined with Beidou satellite positioning system,to track vehicles in real time,and record the trajectories to be traceable and traceable,to realize the cloud-based comprehensive management of hazardous chemicals transportation,and to use historical trajectories and transportation requirements.Based on the information of adverse locations,we plan safety routes for the transportation of hazardous chemicals to further improve safety.The innovative point of this paper is to combine the current face detection technology to carry out fatigue driving detection on the state of the driver,and propose and implement a monitoring and early warning model for the transportation environment of dangerous chemicals.Through the actual test of the system,the fatigue driving detection model and the early warning model of the hazardous chemical environment state meet the design requirements,the remaining basic modules are operating normally,and the platform as a whole achieves the expected results.This system can greatly improve the safety of the transportation of dangerous chemicals in transit,and at the same time allow the application of a multi-level supervision mechanism,which has important practical significance for the logistics of hazardous chemicals.
