Active Night Vision is an effective solution to improve the safety.And infrared transmitter system is an important part of the Active Night Vision.The optical properties of the infrared transmitter system directly affect the effectiveness of the night-vision technology.Reliable structural design of the infrared transmitter system lead to its application in vehicles.So the optimization of optical properties and improvement of structure design is an important topic in the infrared transmitter system,also is an important significance to promote automobile Active Night Vision.In this paper,the infrared transmitter system is divided into five modules,namely the light source module,the LED drive module,the optical module,the support module and the cooling module.In the research of optical module,a new light distribution of infrared transmitter system is proposed,which is similar to the high beam.And a design method of infrared LED reflector has been researched,which used a simple rectangular light distribution to form the target light distribution of infrared transmitter system.Then,the energy grid method is used to solve the reflection surface of rectangular light distribution.Optical tests proved that this design method can meet the requirements,and night vision performance in the vehicle is good.In the process of supporting module research,analysis of the structure modeling and benchmark system based on DFMEA which is a quality tool.The analysis is to avoid potential failure and possible risk,so that actual production quality problems can decrease in the design process of support module.The structural characteristics of the system are simulated by ABAQUS software,and the resonance frequency range is found.Through the environmental test and vibration test,it is proved that the design scheme of the support module can meet the requirements.Based on the forward design method of combining simulation and experiment project,this paper completed a study of the infrared transmitter system of automobile active night vision,the conclusion has certain reference significance to the actual engineering.
