Research On Traction Bed Design Based On Usage

While living standards is improving,there are more and more health problems.The incidence of lumbar intervertebral discs increases year by year,and the physical discomfort caused by the disease seriously affects the normal life.As the most common and more safe and efficient treatment,traction treatment has been approved by doctors and patients unanimously,so traction treatment bed is to become the necessary physical therapy products in the hospital.Traction bed as a medical product has a certain degree of particularity,so the development of medical products is main the innovation and design in the technical aspect,and the development and design is more designed and produced by the medical technology,machinery,electronics and other professional fields according to a specific medical needs,with little industrial design participation.So its nature that must reflect the rigor and norms of medicine determines that its appearance is not rich and colorful.Through literature review,the current study of traction bed is the majority of its control system design research,and rarely makes the user as the center to start,so this design often overlooks another important factor,that is,the appearance aesthetic and experience of patient and medical staff,which are the traction bed terminal users.This paper is firstly analysis and study the concept and content of the use of traction bed in depth,namely the interaction between each specific elements and the role of the comprehensive performance in the process of the use of the traction bed.This paper has a deep investigation and analysis on the traction bed users and the use,cleared about the relationship between products,users and environment,summed up the specific use of information of the use of each link in the process,and understood the problem and the pain point needed to solve.Secondly,through the analysis and induction of the general design process and the concrete content of the method,a new design flow is put forward and the process diagram is drawn.The difference and connection between the two design flows has been analyzed,and the advantage of design flow based on the usage pattern has been emphasized.The paper analyzes the relationship which how to control and interact with each other between the design elements and the mode of use from the aspects of the shape,structure,material,color and so on of the traction bed.Summarizes the way of using specific guidance and requirements of design elements for traction bed.Finally,based on the research results and related literatures,according to the above-mentioned use of the design flow for the treatment of traction bed positioning for the transition proposals and complete the product rendering and model design and production,through the JACK simulation software for traction bed man-machine verification.To help traction bed out of the rigid image in traditional design,to attach great importance to the user experience,to eliminate the patient's exclusion and fear for traction bed,to reduce the use of the pain in the process,and to let patients get more kind of humanistic care.
