MIL-STD-1553 B is a kind of digital time division command / response multiplex data bus,which is composed of the data bus terminal or the sub address terminal interface.It can achieve information transmission between any two terminals in the system.It has linear local area network structure,redundant fault-tolerant ability,high level of electrical performance guarantees and guarantee real-time characteristics of uncertainty,so the bus has been widely used in aircraft avionics integrated system and rockets and manned spacecraft system,and gradually extended tanks,ships,aerospace and other fields.MIL-STD-1553 B is composed of physical layer and data link layer’s protocol.The 1553 B bus can meet the construction of maximum throughputs of new message interaction in the physical layer and data link layer protocols,but in this standard,there is no provisions of the complex data flow control method as well as the capacity of the data structure to support a higher level of synchronization and communication service to solve the problem of low transmission efficiency of the whole communication process.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly studies the following problems:(1)Improvement of cyclic redundancy checking algorithm,the method of look-up table can avoid a large number of shift operations,reduce the computing time of the processor and improve the computing efficiency;(2)Through the design of data monitoring module,the paper converts the data parameters of CDP(Common Data Package)into multi information text format,so as to improve the analytical methos of CDP parameters,which can dynamically display the transformation state of each parameter;(3)The paper completes the setup of the sub address and proposes three kinds of transformation rules to test the simulation data;(4)The paper designs and improves the data structure system and interface data content.The design of the simulation software is based on the platform of visual studio 2013 and the program used c++ language that has the characteristic of object-oriented,generic programming and process programming,which is implemented in the windows operating system.According to the characteristics of the 1553 bus communication,a bus monitor,a bus controller and 32 remote terminals are designed to monitor the communication for each remote terminal with each sub address and to help the researchers to observe the 1553 bus communication process and content clearly.The researchers can query and playback the content of the message in the bus monitor,can also add and modify the message in the bus controller and set the simulation status,the status words and the service request encoding in the remote terminal.In this paper,the software is tested and proved that it can simulate the communication function of the 1553 bus.At the same time,it has a friendly man-machine interface and a well stability.At the end of the paper,we have summarized the problems encountered in the process of software implementation and some thinking about how to improve them in the next step.
