Research On Rural Landscape Renovation Planning In Hebei Province

"For building a moderately prosperous society in all respects" has been pointed out in the report of the party's 18,from "building" to "build",change the word,the change reflects the important stages of development,report of the meeting in accordance with the requirements proposed to develop a well-off society,increase farmers' income and improve the quality of life of farmers,improve production and living conditions of rural development is a priority at this stage.In addition,China is implementing the new urbanization,compared with the previous construction of urbanization,new urbanization is required to promote the integration of urban and rural development,enhance the village planning and management's level,strengthen village infrastructure and public service facilities,accelerate the development of rural society.As the case of this study,Donglige village of Renqiu city's construction is facing many issues,land use is not quite reasonable,not unified style village housing construction,housing quality problems,infrastructure construction is still not perfect,it can not meet the villagers healthy and comfortable life needs.Therefore,research on the rural landscape renovation plan of Hebei Province should be further strengthened.Rural landscape renovation plan is a detailed planning,which regulates and guides the construction of a residential village of the original style and the old facility.It is mainly for the various elements of the existing villages overall design and planning,protecting environment and ecological balance of the village,promoting the village's political,economic,social and ecological development in the sustainable,healthy and harmonious ways.By field research,this paper using literature analysis,comparative analysis,combined with other research methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,based on the research ideas of "research the status quo-found the problem-analysis the problem-solve the problem-put forward proposals",used the approach of gradually deepening to study the rural landscape renovation plan of Hebei Province.Take Donglige village of Renqiu city as a case and use the research results to it.This paper consists four parts:The first part,in this part the rural landscape renovation plan of Hebei Province research background,purpose and significance of the study,research methods,research status,the paper's frame and structure has been stated,this part is the premise of the study;The second part,this part mainly includes the rural landscape renovation plan's theory and practice and villages of Hebei Province situation analysis,through the analysis of the theory and practice and the status of the village construction problems and the reasons of these problems,it provides a research base for the paper,this part is the support of the study;The third part,this part mainly includes related content about rural landscape renovation plan of Hebei Province and rural landscape renovation plan of Dongligezhuang village of Renqiu city,it is very important for this paper,this part is the main body of the study;The fourth part,this part summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and future construction of the village has been prospected,this part is the conclusion part.In this paper,the study of rural landscape renovation plan will provide a reference for villages of Hebei Province reconstruction and further promote Dongligezhuang village of Renqiu city construction and development.
