It is a common phenomenon that the sluice pier cracks,especially the pier under the action of cold wave in the northeast.Improper thermal insulation or not insulation is easy to cause cracks.Combined with the example of the Shuangtaizi river sluice pier cracking,the temperature field and stress field of the pier are studied deeply in this paper.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the cracks situation of Shuangtaizi sluice pier occurred in the construction,this paper uses ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field and stress field of the pier from the casting to the whole process of cracking,which is programmed by APDL language and to find the cold wave effect during the simulation accuracy is not high.(2)According to the problem that the calculation precision of pier temperature stress subjected to cold is not high,the thermal stress coupling analysis of pier under cold wave is carried out in this paper.The application of the sub-model method improves the accuracy of the simulation calculation,and the grid division is not difficult to focus and divide.The simulation results show that the cracks of the pier in the 105d after the removal is caused by the cold wave and the temperature stress caused by the bottom constraint.The direct cause of the pier cracking is that the concrete does not take the insulation during the winter.(3)The application of sub-model method improves the accuracy of calculation,but the calculation speed has not been improved.In this paper,when the temperature and stress of the pier concrete are changed with time,the sub-model combined feedback correction algorithm is applied to it.At the same time,the simulation results are improved and the simulation speed is improved.(4)The PSO-RBF neural network and the single RBF neural network are used to simulate and predict the crack width of the pier concrete.The results show that the convergence of PSO-RBF neural network is better than the single RBF neural network.The prediction accuracy of PSO-RBF neural network is higher,and can be used to predict the pier surface crack width of concrete.(5)The fracture mechanics method is used to predict the development trend and stability of the crack,and the harm of the crack and the measures of temperature control and crack prevention are discussed.
