Under The Regional Perspective Of Rural Landscape Evaluation Research In Changsha Region

Along with the 13th Five-Year Plan was issued,rural landscape construction pace is gradually accelerated,and even catching up to a hot state,the rural landscape is facing a big change,but due to the city construction team’s joining,on the one hand,let the rural landscape construction from back:ward into modern,on the other hand,the conflict between urbanization and regional vernacular culture become increasingly obvious,which lead to a poor performance of the planning and construction,losing of culture and local characteristics,all those because of not enough comprehensive understood of status quo,disrespecting and ignoring to local culture,so it is of great significance to strengthen research of rural landscape,rural landscape evaluation,regional culture and related theoretical.This paper includes introduction,related concepts and theories,rural landscapes survey of Changsha region,rural landscape evaluation research of Changsha region,rural landscape evaluation of Shuiboao in Changsha country,and the epilogue,a total of six parts.First of all,understanding the background and status of rural landscape development,and summarizing the rural landscape and rural landscape evaluation’s research status,the basis theory of research and research methods.Then carrying out field investigation on rural landscape of Changsha region,combining with the theory of rurallandscape research and the status quo research of rural landscape in Changsha region,which will be divided into rural natural landscape,rural settlement landscape,rural agricultural landscape and rural cultural landscape four categories,and subdividing and analyzing each types of landscape,rural natural landscape was divided into landform,water,animal and plant landscape of three parts,rural settlement landscape was divided into rural living environment landscape,infrastructure,public leisure space landscape of three parts,rural agricultural landscape was divided into rural agricultural production landscape and rural agricultural leisure landscape of two parts,rural cultural landscape was divided into religious cultural landscape,folk customs landscape,historical and cultural landscape of three parts,which is the important basis and steps of selecting rural landscape evaluation parameter factor in Changsha region,then based on this,formulating parameter factor,establishing the rural landscape evaluation system of Changsha region by consulting experts on screening,selecting parameter factors,calculating evaluation parameter weight and importance through questionnaire investigation and ahp,the results are as follows:natural landscapeB1(0.4437)>settlement landscapeB2(0.2103)>cultural landscapeB4(0.1875)>agricultural landscapeB3(0.1604).Aiming at rural landscape construction situation of Changsha region,this article selects the developing tourism basing on its’ rural landscape in Shuiboao of Changsha country as a case study,respectively from geographical,natural environment,social economic investigating the general situation of research area,and from above four landscape categories investigating on landscape resources of research area,then using the established evaluation system to evaluate rural landscape of Shuiboao in Changsha country,the results are as follows:natural landscape(2.2924)>settlement landscape(1.0724)>agricultural landscape(0.9385)>cultural landscape(0.5602).on the basis of the evaluation results and analysis,putting forward planning advices from finding the correct position,overall planning,rational layout;adjusting measures to local conditions,personality and commonness coexist;sustainable development,strengthening inheritance and innovation three aspects.
