In recent years,with China’s promotion of environmental protection requirements,andthe power generation technology to improve,how to reduce coal consumption,reduce emissions,strive for market share is the primary problem of each power group.Therefore,it is an important energy saving and emission reduction measure to recycle and utilize the low temperature flue gas residual heat.This paper first introduces the optimization scheme of classification of waste heat recovery of flue gas waste heat resources and take the detailed analysis for corrosion problem of flue gas temperature on the related parts,and the theory and method according to the analyzed results and related verification,so as to the next step of reform scheme and low temperature flue gas recovery system,laid a good on the basis of.On the basis of the theory,this paper analyzes and studies on the Sanhe Power Plant 300 MW coal-fired units,and units according to the actual operation situation and equipment layout,design for recycling low-temperature flue gas waste heat to put forward the feasible solution,and for recycling equipment arrangement,medium selection,material selection and recovery device for discussion and research,the final choice with condensed water water as the medium to the exhaust heat recovery scheme as optimization scheme.Finally,this paper further studies the 300 MW typical coal-fired unit energy saving program,conducted a comprehensive analysis from the view of thermodynamics,and the energy saving effect,the low temperature waste heat recovery scheme of water consumption reduction,investment returns,the relevant calculation and analysis.This paper also analyzes the operation mode of waste heat recovery and transformation for two different operating conditions in summer and winter.The application value of low temperature economizer is affirmed. |
