Application And Research Of The Low-press Economizer In Haibowan Power Plant

Thermal power generation has always been a high energy consumption and pollution emissions industry.The largest loss of heat loss is boiler heat.The flue gas temperature directly determines the efficiency of the boiler.The high boiler exhaust gas temperature makes the boiler flue gas heat loss,dusts removal efficiency,reduces the life of the precipitator and wastes of water resources.These have a negative impact on the normal production safety and economic benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the temperature of boiler flue gas emission for energy saving and safety production.In order to promote energy saving and emission reduction,protect the bag dust collector,improve the efficiency of the unit,Haibowan Power plant will set up a low pressure economizer system.Low pressure economizer connects to the original regenerative system.Heating surface arranges between the air pre-heater and dust remover.The double ring H type finned tube is adopted.The inlet where the temperature of mixture water is 70?of No.1 and No.3 low pressure heater entrance water is the water points,and the inlet of No.4 low pressure heater is backwater.Heating surface adopts ND steel.The resistance of heating surface body is 218 Pa.The draught fan can reduce the output 250 Pa after reducing the flue gas temperature.That is to say the new resistance of flue gas side can be basically offset.And the resistance of water side is about 0.15 MPa.The coal consumption reduces about 2.62 g/kw·h.Annual savings of standard coal is 3026.1 tons,amounting to 825 thousand yuan,135 thousand and 700 tons water.The total annual income is 1 million 458 thousand and300 yuan.A single machine static investment is 9 million 574 thousand yuan,and the dynamic investment of 9 million 824 thousand and 800 yuan.Two machine total price of 19 million 649 thousand and 600 yuan.The safety of the system is high and the investment is moderate,which does not have any negative effect on the normal operation of the boiler.Haibowan Power Plant is 200 MW units which is general,having certain research value and reference significance.
